Submission and Entry Rules

• Publisher Profile.
• Letter of Submission.
• List of title released within the last 5 years.
• Company Registration Certificate.
• The aim of the award is to recognize the contribution of scholarly work to our knowledge of the Arabic history and heritage, to assist with the publication of said scholarly work. The award offered is in Dhs750, 000.00 as is a contribution to individuals and groups for the publication of their work.
• Awards will be made by an independent adjudication panel whose decision may not be disproved by candidates.

Conditions related to Technological solutions/digital works:

• The aim of the award is to honor the outstanding innovators from literary, cultural sectors within the technology arena.
• Awards will be made by an independent adjudication panel whose decision may not be disproved by candidates.
• All submitted copies will be transferred to the possession of Abu Dhabi National library.
• Applicants may not submit to SZBA awards and other awards within the same year. 
• Resubmitting the same submission is allowed for new Award cycles.
• Description of the technology and related links, DVD, other, is required
• Letter of Submission.
• Copyright certificate.
• Registration certificate.

Notes

• The award maintains the right to withhold a Prize or withdraw it if deemed compulsory. 
• Submitted books are archived at Dar Al Kutub post submission; we regret we cannot return them back to nominees.
