Under the patronage of HRH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan , Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court , the awarding ceremony of the Sheikh Zayed Book Award was held at the Emirates Palace on Wednesday the 18th of March 2009 in the presence of political figures, ambassadors, members of the diplomatic corps, writers and intellectuals and journalists.
