As part of the activities for World Arabic Language Day, Sheikh Zayed Book Award, in collaboration with the Institut du Monde Arabe, organised a distinguished literary session featuring Novelist Reem Bassiouney. 

During the session, she discussed "Al Halwani: The Fatimid Trilogy", the winning novel of the Sheikh Zayed Book Award 2024 in the Literature Category, due to its exquisite language and insightful portrayal of Egypt's human, historical, and societal development during the medieval era.
