The ceremony was held on Wednesday, 18th March 2009, and was also attended by: HE Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnon Al Nanhyan, Chairman of the then Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority; Rd. Mughal Al Khalil, Director General of Abu Dhabi Education Council; the late Mohammed Khaled Al Mazroui, Director General of Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage as well as a number of officials and Arab and foreign diplomats.
